East Hampton Star, East Hampton Patch Feature SmartSign All-Gender Signs

Brooklyn, NEW YORK, March 24, 2016 -- In an article entitled "A Gender-Neutral Option", The East Hampton Star mentioned SmartSign's donation of all-gender bathroom signs to East Hampton High School in East Hampton, New York.
In the article, journalist Christine Sampson acknowledges SmartSign's role in assisting EHHS students to make their school more inclusive:
Nicole, a senior, was instrumental in leading the effort. She even convinced a company called SmartSign to donate the “all gender restroom” sign that now hangs on its door. The room will also be helpful for some disabled students who have aides of a different gender, she said.
East Hampton Patch also covered EHHS's adoption of SmartSign's all-gender restroom signs, in an article entitled "New Gender-Neutral Bathroom at East Hampton High School A 'Safe' Place Free From Discrimination."
Patch staffer Lisa Finn similarly gave SmartSign a shout-out for working with high school's Gay Straight Alliance:
The lock was changed on a bathroom door and the Smart Sign company gave the district an "All Gender Bathroom" sign for free.
So far, the company has donated these bathroom signs to nearly 300 schools, churches, and organizations.
These products are available on SmartSign's All-Gender Restroom Signs page.
