NOT Durable, NOT Plastic

I purchased the standard 15 mil option as the tag stated the material was plastic and durable. However, upon receiving the order the tag was more like paper than plastic. Easily bendable and easy to tear. I was not satisfied at all with the quality of this product.

SmartSign: Yes, these types of tags are definitely more flexible than the other ones you have ordered. Our websites do describe them as durable plastic that are just as affordable as paper tags. But you will be able to bend them. It's really up to you; if you are not satisfied with the quality, we can make a new order for a thicker tag and you can pay the difference or keep as is.
