Ordered over the phone for the parking program of a municipal government. This was my first time ordering since the parking program was moved from one department to another, but Mitchell was very helpful in locating the order information from the previous year, updating the information, and making sure the contact information was transitioned correctly so that the billing and any followup information came to the correct department. The final proof was approved just before noon on a Friday, and shipped out that same night! (I'm sure the normal turnaround is a little longer - I would have never expected it that quickly!) The order arrived to me the following Tuesday, perfectly matching the spec, and packaged in a way that it would not be damaged or wind up out of numbered order. The package even included a return envelope in case something was wrong - but we certainly didn't need it. Overall, I'm very glad we partnered with My Parking Permit for this order and look forward to using their services again next year when we need to re-order.
