we have had a lot of delivery drivers start parking in No Parking zone a climb up uncleared of snow and/or ice steps to go locked gate and then leave package even though alley gate is not locked and has door bell for service. Hopefully driver will read and heed!!! We have found door dah food products that sat in-10 degrees even though delivered to wrong address (which is in big letters in front locked gate). fools.
