This rating is due to the fact that I did not receive this portion of my order. Then I had to call back and am NOT receiving it by express mail. At the time of this writing, I still have not received the package. Because of the time lapse, between ordering the sign, and now waiting on the hardware, sure I can go out and buy these things. But why should I have to, when I paid up front, to have the kit mailed WITH the sign. I am very disappointed in this part.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE HARDWARE that I ordered. The cost was next to nothing, but when I planned on it coming with the sign I did not worry. A bummer that I had to run out and find the bolts and the surprise was not as dramatic as having it installed when she pulled into her parking space. But the sign itself is really NICE!
