Not the proper wheels for base ordered

Seemed to be the wrong size for the base that I order. One wheel fell off the first time it was used.

Less than impressive.

Convenient idea, but lacking in overall design. The base will not tighten in place and moves around/rotates when trying to move the sign via the wheels.
