Attractive signs

This was a gag gift for a friend in Ireland. Sadly the cost to ship it over was over $200. I had the sign sent to me and took it to the post office and had it shipped for $49. Arrived within 10 days, and that included the time it took to clear Customs. It would be nice to offer alternatives, other than UPS or FedEx. The signs are very nice though.

Second order, didn't go as well as the first

Second sign I've ordered from this company. Really like the quality of the signs, but the packaging needs to be improved. It isn't padded enough and the packaging where the top two corners of the sign are were weakened and torn during transit, so there were scuff marks on the sign itself. Not as happy with this order. And, the chain link fence attachment kit that was ordered and paid for along with the sign was not in the package. It wasn't even listed on the packing list. Still waiting for it to come so I can hang the sign.

love & hate

while i LOVE the final product – 11 signs in total – i HATED the design process. the design team resides in india, making communication – written only; no live phone conversations available – very difficult. when i asked them, for example, to increase the size of a line by 1/2", and then lower it by 1", they would almost invariably get it wrong. i had to go back and forth with them literally dozens(!) of times before they could dial in what i wanted. if you use this company for anything other than the simplest of signs (like "No Parking"), i strongly suggest you hire a graphic designer first, so that you can supply them with a "vector" file. it will save you hours!!!
