Amazing signs but shipping my scratch them

These signs are amazing!! Love the colors, feel and look. Everything is perfect about these signs except for the shipping part. This is the second sign I've received that was dinged and scratched before I even opened the package. Didn't want to mess with sending it back but its still kinda frustrating.

Great sign, so-so communicatoon

Sign is great. Only hiccup was that I was supposed to get an email showing me the sign before it was made for my approval. After waiting a few days, I called and was then sent an email but the sign had already been made and shipped.
