Out of the box, the sign is clean, cuts are perfect, and the slider works perfectly. Materials are solid and by no means cheaply made, something hard to come by now a days. Thank you for that! Having said that, the install warning on the back says to use silicone adhesive in addition to the mounting tape. I could have gone with a lighter sign, but didn't realize that when I was ordering. So my bad. Nonetheless, the sign looks professional and will look great once I mount it.

disappointed in background color
I do like the design and color. However, from all the pictures of it and even on the proof, it looked like the background was going to be silver, not white. That's a huge disappointment since all our finishes in this office space are silver. Did it say anywhere that the background was white?
