I have ordered from SmartSign several times before and always been happy. I would have been happier and given a 5 star this time if 1) I had a chance to confirm the design with an artist/representative before it went to print like has happened in the past, 2) There was an option to change the font size different from line to another so the main word was larger or simply offer a distributed (incident) option so the margins were consistent, 3) There was very minor damage as if it has been dropped on something BEFORE packaging. I think before because the flat pack it was in was not damaged or marked in any way anywhere near the damage
