Great holder and idea for a holder. Getting my HC permit in between the 2 pieces of hard plastic was a bit annoying but once setup it was as a great holder. I got this for my neighbor who sometimes comes in from work after 1:00 AM and she occasionally forgets to pull the handicapped placard out of its little hiding place by the gear shift.
