I had an important order I was waiting for. I was informed one of my items was out of stock after I ordered and agreed to an alternate. I was told my item would ship immediately. I waited a couple weeks and nothing. I reach out again, waiting, waiting and more waiting. I received an email stating that the alternate which was supposed to ship out is now out of stock as well as two other items I've been waiting for. Why they didn't ship those two items when I ordered and they were in stock. No one ever reached out to me to explain anything through phone or email. It has taken a month for them to tell me their product is out of stock. I had to inquire and wait for a response. ZERO Communication & No Concern for customer service. Usually, they are great. I'm not sure if they switch management or what, but this is a totally different experience than I usually have with them.
