    Good product, needs better packaging for shipment

    Ordered one to see if it would suit our needs before I order more. Overall I like it and will order more. It could have been packaged better though. The box was very banged up when it arrived and as a result, the frame is dented. Still usable and much better than our old ones. I like the snap in feature for the inserts.
