Disappointed. No proof provided when requested

So disappointed. I have ordered with this company multiple times. I went to the order same signs and asked for a proof before shipping. I never received a proof and the order was shipped. Completely incorrect and never got a proof. These don't even have our license # on them so can't even use them. In being told I didn't ask for a proof and won't send me the correct item I need. Very disappointed in the lack of customer care and for a used to be loyal customer who has referred this company but won't now.
