Nice signs but ordering/proofing was overly-complicated and delayed
The signs are great quality but production was delayed by some serious confusion and lack of communication.
I followed directions to submit the files to be printed on my two signs, but soon found out there were some very specific file format, and image resolution specifications they require, which were not communicated on the file submission page. This resulted in extra days of communication and file submissions. The two files for my signs were also mixed up after I submitted them, which resulted in two additional proofs and delays as well as a resubmission of the correct file to clear up confusion. My order arrived about two weeks later than expected.
