The nameplate was sent as described but the delivery time was horrible! The product was supposed to be delivered on 1/24/22, but it was actually shipped on 1/31 and was received on 2/4, nearly taking 3 weeks! The seller failed to inform the buyer about the delay, so if there was a rating for customer service, I'd give it one star.
