And he said, "That's all I have to deliver" then sped off! I came onto my account and see that my $200 order shows delivered when all I got was an open package of stakes! Tried to get a hold of SmartSign - they are closed. Tried to call UPS immediately; they don't help the receiver. Contacting credit card company now.
