Custom orders are sent for production only after the proof is approved. You also have the option of placing a pending order with us without paying for it by calling us at 800 952 1457. You can pay once you approve the proof.
Almost all of our signs are designed such that you need no external installation support for mounting them. Our signs either have pre-punched, pre-cleared holes or adhesive backing and can be installed in no time. You can purchase accessories during checkout or separately.
If you cancel your custom sign order before production has begun, we may be able to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation. Once a custom order reaches the factory floor, we cannot issue any refunds. Orders usually reach the factory floor within 48 hours of approval. Please read our Terms of Service for more information.
We do not have any separate shipping charges for custom orders. Our shipping costs are based on carrier, shipping speed, weight, and distance. We do not charge any handling fees either. You may get an estimate of the shipping charges applicable for your order during check out.
