Different letter sizing
As I have ordered plates before and had no issue I was confident in ordering plates for our new office. The name plates were perfect and I was very pleased, however my title plates presented two separate letter sizes. The picture proof showed no difference but customer service showed a invoice statement I never saw that had font size difference. After I order the replacement, because I have to for office uniformity then all my business will go elsewhere.

Screws??
Mounting Holes and Screws: There are two hole-placements to choose from - two side holes and four corner holes. Screws are included with these hole options.
INTERESTING...I didn't receive any screws.
Fast turn around time and the plate looks nice however, I can't mount it.

Bad experience
Cant really review product since I did not receive what I wanted. However, when I called to see about returning it, I was told by the phone rep it was not returnable because it was "custom" I ordered a 2" x 10" BLANK signs! How is it custom? It was BLANK! Then when I noted it did not say that on my invoice he stated it was on the web site. SO, I went on the website and I could not find anywhere on the website or even on the order sheet where it says that. BUT even if it did, they are BLANK! There was nothing custom about them!!!!
