Constructed from 3 mil (.003") thick vinyl with a 5 mil (.005") thick velvet textured polycarbonate plastic overlaminate that is matte clear with superb ink transparency.
Lexan label products are durable, the polycarbonate material offers excellent heat, moisture, scratch, puncture and abrasion resistance. It tolerates most household cleaners, but the use of harsher chemicals or solvents is strongly discouraged.
The service temperature range is -30°F to 125°F (-34°C to 51°C) with a minimum application temperature of 50°F (10°C).
Lexan labels are digitally printed in high resolution enabling high quality images to be transferred consistently regardless of the number of prints produced. Colors show up perfectly vibrant with smooth shading and crisply blended gradients. Printing is accomplished by the application of inks to the vinyl base with the Lexan laminate added to preserve and protect the print from running, smearing, fading or abrasions.
The material is easy to die-cut which makes it a an excellent choice for control panels, nameplates, overlays, floor graphics, menus, high performance labels and in-mould decorations.

The yellow background isn't quite bright enough....it's more orange yellow as opposed to hi-vis yellow

Would be GREAT if it was a little thicker.

Fit prefect for larger power buttons. a little thin. The yellow washes out against the background color.
