Quality Assurance on Signs

I ordered two signs and both had issues with the quality of the lettering. The top of the letter "T" appears to have ran out of ink. The majority of the letters was a dark black color. However, this section was like a zebra strip with only some black ink. It is usable, but not as good as the other signs purchased.
