    Nice product, poor packaging!

    Poor packaging, Sign arrived damaged and bent. One side of sign also had a large crease in the vinyl.
    SmartSign: We do apologize for any inconvenience. UPS sometimes mishandles our boxes in their conveyor systems, and mistakes happen. We have filed a claim with the shipping company and sent you a replacement order at no cost to you.
